Senior Telecom OSS C/C++ Developer 📍 Location: Helsinki, Finland (Onsite/Hybrid)📄 Contract: B2B / Freelance (6-12 months, extension possible)💰 Rate: Competitive Market Rate🗣️ Language: English About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Telecom OSS C/C++ Developer to join a telecom technology programme in Helsinki. The role focuses on the design, development, support, and enhancement of OSS applications supporting network operations and telecom services. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Telecom OSS applications using C/C++.Develop automation and operational support solutions using Linux/Unix Shell Scripting.Create, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.Collaborate with network engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver OSS enhancements.Perform application support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.Support system integrations between OSS platforms, network elements, and external systems.Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and compliance with security requirements. Required Skills6-8 years of experience in Telecom OSS development.Strong hands-on experience with C/C++.Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL and database development.Experience with Unix/Linux Shell Scripting and text processing tools.Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server 12c.Understanding of telecom operations and OSS environments.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Nice to HaveExperience working with telecom operators or network infrastructure environments.Exposure to network management, provisioning, fault management, or performance management systems.Eligibility for Finnish security clearance requirements.
