About the Role Lead level ITOM TC who is expert with Discovery, CMDD, Service Mapping and AIOPs. This requires an experienced ITOM/AIOps consultant capable of configuring ServiceNow operational intelligence capabilities rather than a general platform resource. Metric Intelligence and HLA are key skillset. ResponsibilitiesLead implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.Configure and optimize: Event ManagementMetric IntelligenceHealth Log AnalyticsEvent correlationImpact analysisCMDBService Mapping Configure anomaly detection for: CPU utilizationMemory utilizationDisk utilizationSupport root cause analysis workflows.Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.Configure service dependency and impact visibility.Support event-noise reduction initiatives.Participate in testing, validation, and outcome demonstrations. QualificationsRequired SkillsLead level ITOM TC expertise.Expert with Discovery, CMDD, Service Mapping and AIOPs.Experience using flow designer for automated remediation use cases.Capability of configuring ServiceNow operational intelligence capabilities.MUST have recent, proven, and demonstrative skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics as well as using flow designer for automated remediation use cases.The consultant should be able to speak to the business impact and benefits of the AIOps components in relation to stated use cases.
