Required Skills

Extensive experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and GMP complianceProven expertise in sterile manufacturing processes and facility validationStrong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory standards, especially FDA guidelinesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFluency in English; Swedish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory

Previous experience supporting companies through regulatory inspections or auditsKnowledge of transitioning from cosmetic to pharmaceutical manufacturingBackground in process improvement and laboratory operationsCertifications in GMP, Quality Management Systems, or relevant fields

Preferred Education And Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related fieldSenior Manager level or above experience, demonstrating deep industry expertiseDemonstrated success in QA/QC roles within regulated environments
