Social Media Manager – Premium Coffee & Cacao

Join a dynamic team to elevate a premium Dominican Republic coffee and cacao brand targeting the US market. This role focuses on building brand awareness and engaging audiences passionate about specialty coffee, cacao, and functional wellness products. You will manage and grow the brand’s presence across key social platforms, ensuring a consistent and visually compelling content strategy that highlights the brand’s unique origins and innovative chaga-infused offerings.

Deliverables

Develop and execute a monthly content calendar tailored to US-based coffee and cacao enthusiasts. Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Design original graphics and edit video content to showcase product quality, Dominican Republic sourcing, and functional mushroom infusions. Collaborate with the team to incorporate supplied assets and campaign themes. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community. Track analytics and provide regular performance reports to inform content strategy.

Demonstrated experience managing social media for food, beverage, or wellness brands. Strong graphic design and short-form video editing skills; proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Deep understanding of coffee culture, specialty products, or functional mushroom beverages is highly desirable. Ability to craft visually cohesive and premium-feeling content. Excellent written communication and community management skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently on a part-time, contract basis. Passion for coffee and cacao is a strong plus. Based in the US or able to work US hours.
