Our client is a fast-growing creative studio producing high-performing social content for healthcare, real estate, and legal brands. They specialize in organic-style videos that drive reach across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Their work focuses on storytelling, pacing, and performance, not just visual effects. Need to have qualifications:5+ years of video editing experience4+ years editing short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)Strong storytelling and pacing instinctsDeep understanding of viral content and social trendsStrong intuition for what performs on social (“chronically online”)Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCutExperience editing high-volume content (multiple videos per week)Ability to maintain quality across 85–100 videos per monthStrong attention to detail, especially with file quality and exportsExperience working with 4K/60fps footage without compression issuesAccess to iPhone/MacBook for iCloud and shared album workflowsAbility to work autonomously from raw footage without detailed briefs Nice to have:Experience working with agencies or content studiosFamiliarity with AI video tools (e.g., Higgsfield)Experience collaborating with strategists or creative teamsBackground in healthcare, real estate, or legal content Responsibilities:Edit 100–120 short-form videos per month (12–40 seconds, up to 90 seconds max)Create content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsMaintain an organic, “filmed by the client” aestheticCollaborate with 3 strategists managing ~30–35 videos eachInterpret briefs and evolve toward fully autonomous editing from raw footageDeliver high-performance content targeting 15K+ views, with upside to 100K–1M+Ensure high-quality exports without compression issues in 4K workflowsManage file delivery using structured systems like DropboxParticipate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions
