Supply Chain Coordinator

LISA YANG is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in Stockholm. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating inbound supply chain operations to ensure that products are delivered accurately, on time and in compliance with company requirements. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient inbound operations and ensuring high-quality data and documentation throughout the supply chain. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain purchase orders in the ERP systemEnsure purchase orders are accurate and aligned with production and delivery plansCommunicate purchase order updates with relevant stakeholdersFollow up on order confirmations and delivery schedulesCoordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to warehousesMonitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delaysWork closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveriesSupport cost-efficient inbound transportation and delivery planningEnsure commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation are complete and accurateCoordinate import documentation with suppliers, freight forwarders and receiving warehousesMaintain accurate Harmonized System (HS) classifications in the ERP systemEnsure all shipping documentation complies with company and customs requirementsEnsure Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) are accurate and sent on time to support warehouse receivingResolve inbound discrepancies together with suppliers and warehouse teamsSupport invoice verification for inbound logistics servicesMonitor inventory accuracy, turnover and slow-moving stock and communicate reports to relevant stakeholdersMaintain item master data and purchase order information in the ERP systemRegister inbound deliveries and shipment informationEnsure data accuracy across all supply chain transactionsStep in to support team members and keep operations running smoothly during busy periods or planned time off.Support continuous improvements to supply chain processes and ERP workflows About You3+ years’ experience from working in supply chain or logistics at an international fashion companyBachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent field of study in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Trade.A team player who thrives in a small, founder-led business with a close teamStrong time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to prioritiseSolution-oriented and a natural problem solverHighly accountable and thorough, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishExperience working with ERP systems, NetSuite is considered an advantageGreat knowledge of Excel, Microsoft 365, and Google Drive, plus a real interest in using AI, automation, and tech tools to cut down on manual work and make supply chain workflows more streamlined.
