Technical Product Owner - Remote - EU Product Ownership | APIs | REST | JSON/XML | Postman | Integrations | Agile €50-55k per annum (B2B contract) Candidates from the EU only to apply We're looking for a Technical Product Owner to take ownership of the integrations sitting at the heart of a growing travel technology platform. This is a genuinely hands-on technical Product role. You'll own third-party supplier integrations from initial technical discovery and API scoping through to testing, release and the customer-facing experience. You'll need to be comfortable getting into the detail - reading API documentation, understanding endpoints and data flows, working with JSON/XML payloads and writing technical requirements that backend developers can build from without having to fill in the gaps. The Role: You'll work closely with Engineering and external technical partners to deliver integrations across supplier content, availability, rates and booking flows. You'll define how data moves between systems, including field-level mapping, authentication, error handling, retries and edge cases, as well as: Writing detailed technical tickets, specifications and acceptance criteriaWorking with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML and webhooksUsing tools such as Postman, Swagger or OpenAPIOwning and prioritising the Product backlogCoordinating integration testing, UAT and releasesWorking closely with Architecture, Engineering and QAOwning the front-end experience sitting on top of integrations across web and appMonitoring live integrations and prioritising issues affecting customers and revenue Your Experience: You'll have experience working in an Agile environment within Product Ownership, Technical Product Management or a similar technical delivery role. Most importantly, you'll have hands-on experience owning complex third-party API integrations from technical scoping through to live release. You'll be comfortable reading API documentation, understanding JSON/XML payloads and having detailed technical conversations with developers and partner engineering teams, while being able to explain those decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience within travel or hospitality technology would be a bonus, particularly around booking flows, availability, rates, GDS, channel managers or connectivity providers, but it isn't essential.
