Technical Project Manager

Job role: Technical Project ManagerWork location: Remote work within Europe (Occasional travel to Darmstadt, Germany, for face-to-face workshops) Project: Enterprise Architecture Management (GEAR/LeanIX) is being evolved to align with CSDM V5, migrating application instances from GEAR to the ServiceNow CMDB. The role covers Phase 1 (tool/process setup) and Phase 2 (data migration), impacting GEAR, ServiceNow, GRC4You, OneTrust, the Data Retention Portal, and the IT Demand tool.•Service Line – Life Science Manufacturing Experience/Skill Details (in years):•Overall experience: 5+ years in technical project management (Senior-level assignment)•Relevant experience: 5+ years in IT transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or CMDB/ITSM tooling programs•Mandatory skill required: Strong project management (planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, stakeholder coordination); proven experience managing cross-functional IT transformation projects across multiple systems/process owners/service owners; data migration planning and execution (data mapping, cleansing, validation, sequencing, cutover)•Good to have skills: Hands-on experience with LeanIX and/or ServiceNow (CMDB, CSDM); PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM certification; experience in a regulated or large enterprise environment
