We are looking for a TOSCA Automation Lead with SAP expertise to join our growing QA and SAP practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape automation strategy, drive innovation, and work on high-impact SAP transformation programs. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across business, technology, DevOps, and quality engineering teams while helping customers improve speed, quality, and reliability through intelligent test automation. Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP test automation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca across large transformation programs.Define automation strategy, standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise-scale testing.Build and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks supporting SAP applications and business processes.Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver high-quality testing across SIT, UAT, regression, and release cycles.Mentor and coach automation engineers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence.Support continuous testing by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. About youYou are a collaborative and curious automation professional who enjoys helping teams deliver quality at scale. You combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Rather than simply executing tests, you see the bigger picture and understand how automation enables successful business transformation. You are comfortable working across multiple teams, influencing stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Whether your experience comes from consulting, product organizations, or large enterprise environments, you'll find opportunities to grow and make an impact here.
