Hartmann Young is partnering with a global Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences company to appoint a VP / General Manager, EMEA. This is an opportunity to lead the regional business, shape its commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across a diverse range of markets. Responsibilities Own the EMEA strategy, P&L and overall business performance.Lead and develop regional teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.Drive growth across direct sales, distribution channels and strategic partnerships.Identify opportunities for market expansion and strengthen relationships with key customers.Partner with global leadership to align regional priorities with the wider business strategy. RequirementsSenior commercial or general management experience within Molecular Diagnostics, IVD or Life Sciences.A strong track record of P&L ownership $200M+ and delivering profitable growth.Experience leading teams across multiple European and wider EMEA markets.Strong understanding of direct and distributor-led commercial models.The ability to translate strategy into execution and develop high-performing leadership teams.
