About the Role:Job Title: Active Directory ArchitectLocation: Gothenburg Sweden HybridMode of Work: Hybrid 2 or 3 Days Onsite per weekType of Hiring: Employment Contract Description:The Active Directory Architect is responsible for designing, securing, governing, and evolving enterprise identity platforms across on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role goes beyond operations and troubleshooting, providing technical leadership, architecture decision making, security posture definition, and long-term roadmap ownership for identity services. The Architect works closely with security teams, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.Own the end to end architecture of Active Directory and Hybrid Identity environments, including Forest domain design, OU structure, trust models, and site topology Global Catalog placement and multidomain forest considerations Design high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies for identity services Lead domain consolidation, forest restructuring, and migration initiatives Define reference architectures, standards, and design patterns for identity services
