There are GenAI pilots, Copilot rollouts, RAG solutions and various tools, all run separately. They need an experienced lead to review what exists, set the rules and build one roadmap. What you’ll doReview current AI work across corporate and engineering functions (GenAI, Copilot, RAG, tooling) and decide what to scale, merge or stopSet up AI governance and FinOps practices so costs and risks are visible and controlledAdvise engineering teams on AI-assisted development and AI agent securityBuild the AI roadmap and recommend an operating model and team structureEstablish and lead an AI Centre of ExcellenceWork with senior stakeholders to tie AI spend to business outcomes What you’ll needExperience in large enterprise environmentsEnough technical depth to be taken seriously by engineersConfidence advising senior business leaders on cost, risk and returnExperience defining direction where none exists yetStrong stakeholder management and communication Nice to haveEnterprise-scale AI strategy, governance or transformation workHands-on AI or machine learning engineeringExperience setting up a Centre of ExcellenceKnowledge of GDPR and the EU AI ActFamiliarity with GenAI, RAG architectures, Copilot and AI agents Process: Quick feedback and short interview turnaround.
