C++ Engineer
We are looking for skilled software engineers to deliver the next generation of navigation services. The assignment is for contractors that are passionate about building the world's best navigation platform at massive scale.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term project (12 months contract + potential extension)
Location: Malmö (3 days onsite) + a number of evening meetings
Key Qualifications
Industry experience in C++ and LinuxStrong understanding of common data structures and basic graph algorithmsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsInquisitive and highly-motivated self-starterPassionate about building and designing exceptional products
Nice to have
Sufficient and proven experience in ML
Responsibilities will include
Designing navigation features that will be used by millions worldwideDeveloping features to make navigation clear, natural, and friendlyWorking on high performance code using C++Participating in design and code reviewsBeing responsible for code maintenance duties (including incident screening and identifying bugs)Working with other engineers and QA to deliver high quality routes to our customersInfluencing the future navigation guidance product directionAssisting with various team and system support needs.
Education & Experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines will be considered
