Working at RUN means joining a mission-focused organization that values creativity, integrity, and impact.Role Description The Catalog Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for managing and updating artist catalog across internal systems and external platforms, ensuring accurate metadata, release information, and asset organization. Daily tasks include monitoring catalog performance, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and supporting the onboarding of new releases. The coordinator will maintain documentation, perform data entry and quality checks, and assist with process improvements for catalog workflows. The role involves regular communication with artists, labels, and cross-functional colleagues to resolve operational issues and support a smooth catalog lifecycle.QualificationsStrong analytical skills, including data review, performance tracking, and problem-solving related to catalog and metadata quality.Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and artists.Experience with operations management, including organizing workflows, maintaining processes, and coordinating cross-functional tasks.Customer service skills to handle inquiries, support artist and partner needs, and resolve catalog-related issues effectively.Administrative assistance experience, including data entry, documentation, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.High attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Comfort working with digital tools such as spreadsheets, catalog management systems, and analytics platforms.Bachelor’s degree in business, music industry, data/operations, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Interest in the music and creator economy, and motivation to support independent artists.
