About MithyosMithyos is a self-directed leadership platform built around a proprietary seven-step method called MITHYOS. Our mission is simple: give people a method, not a mentor.Two products are currently live: Mithyos Leadership Toolkit, an eight-tool system for working professionals and managers, covering strategic decision-making, risk assessment, goal setting, and reflective practice.Mithyos Ascent, built for early-career professionals, graduates, and job seekers, focused on workplace readiness.We are now building Mithyos's presence in Finland and the wider Nordic region. The OpportunityWe are looking for a co-founder in Finland to lead three things: getting Mithyos properly established as a company, building the partnerships that grow it, and helping shape the go-to-market approach for the region.This is not an employee or contractor role. It is a genuine founding partnership with meaningful equity ownership. What You Will Own 1. Entity Formation and ManagementLead the setup of Mithyos as a properly registered company in Finland, working with local advisors on the legal and administrative steps. Once established, help manage the entity's ongoing basic operations.2. Business DevelopmentIdentify where Mithyos can gain early traction in Finland and the Nordics, and help shape a simple, practical go-to-market approach.3. Partnerships and GrowthBuild relationships with organizations, companies, and communities that can help Mithyos reach professionals, managers, graduates, and emerging leaders, and turn those relationships into real growth. What We Are Looking ForExperience forming or managing a company, or a strong working understanding of Finnish/Nordic company structuresExperience in business development or building partnerships that led to real outcomesAbility to work independently and move things forward without close supervisionStrong communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)Startup or founder experienceFundraising or investor experience We are not looking for someone who checks every box. We are looking for someone who can get the company properly set up and then build real partnerships and momentum around it. What You Will Receive40% equity in Mithyos, subject to a standard founder vesting arrangement agreed between both parties.There is no cash salary at the outset. Cash remuneration will be considered once the business is substantially established and generating revenue.This is a part-time role designed to work alongside your existing professional commitments. Why MithyosMithyos is not trying to become another coaching marketplace, leadership course, or HR platform. We are building a method, and we want to build it with someone who values precision and substance over noise.You would not be joining an established regional operation.
