About Mithyos: Mithyos is a self-directed leadership platform built around a proprietary, seven-step method called MITHYOS. It gives individuals and organizations a structured, repeatable way to think, decide, and act like a leader, without requiring a coach, a course, or a corporate training budget. Enterprise assessment platforms are expensive and built for HR buyers. Free worksheets are too shallow to change behavior. Mithyos sits in between: a method-first, self-serve, transparently priced system anyone can use on their own terms. Two products are currently live: Mithyos Leadership Toolkit, a seven-tool system for working professionals and managers, covering strategic decision-making, risk assessment, goal setting, and reflective practiceMithyos Ascent, a standalone product built for early-career professionals, fresh graduates, and job seekers, focused on workplace readiness rather than training or coaching Our vision is to make structured, rigorous leadership thinking a global standard, as universally recognized and applied as methods like Agile or Kaizen, accessible to any individual rather than gatekept behind enterprise contracts or executive coaching retainers. Our mission is to give people a method, not a mentor: a disciplined, repeatable framework they can apply themselves to navigate decisions, develop judgment, and grow into leadership, self-directed, evidence-based, and free of unnecessary dependency on external coaches or platforms. The Mithyos Framework: MITHYOS is a seven-step method organized into three classical movements of persuasion and reasoning, a structure drawn from rhetoric because leadership is, at its core, the discipline of moving people and decisions forward with integrity. Ethos (credibility and grounding) Mindful Arrival: arriving at a decision or situation with clarity, not reactivityIntent: defining what you are actually trying to achievePathos (understanding the human and situational reality) Terrain: mapping the real conditions, constraints, and stakeholders involvedHuman Truth: identifying the underlying human motivations and needs at playYardstick: establishing what success actually looks likeLogos (structured, logical resolution) Options: generating and weighing genuine alternativesSteps: committing to a concrete, actionable path forward This sequence is Mithyos's core intellectual asset. No comparable competitor offers a named, rhetorically structured, end-to-end method at this level of specificity. The Business: First-class conduct as the internal standard. Precision, restraint, and integrity are expected whether or not anyone is watchingFix inconsistencies at the source, in product, in copy, and in operationsProfessional, minimal, architecturally restrained brand presence. Mithyos speaks with elegance and precision, not hypeAnyone joining Mithyos in a leadership capacity is expected to hold these standards as firmly as the founding team does. The Opportunity: Co-Founder, European Region. Mithyos is expanding into the European market and is looking for a part-time co-founder based in Sweden to lead this region as a genuine founding partner, not an employee or contractor, building real equity ownership alongside the founder. This is early-stage, high-responsibility, high-trust work. It is unpaid in cash at the outset and structured as a long-term equity partnership that becomes financially rewarding as the European business is established and generates revenue. What You Will Own: Company establishment in Europe: leading the legal, structural, and operational setup required to establish Mithyos as a properly constituted entity in Sweden and/or the wider EU, in coordination with local advisors Market capture strategy: identifying and prioritizing the right European markets, customer segments, and go-to-market approach for the Leadership Toolkit and AscentPartner acquisition: identifying, approaching, and securing the institutional, corporate, and distribution partners needed to grow Mithyos across the regionFundraising setup: preparing Mithyos for European fundraising, including investor mapping, early relationship-building, data room readiness, and pitch positioning suited to the EU investment landscapeOperational oversight: running or overseeing the daily and weekly operating rhythm of the European arm of the business, including priorities, execution, reporting, and coordination with the founding team

What You BringCoaching or leadership-development experience (required). You must have direct experience coaching leaders, as an executive coach, leadership consultant, organizational development lead, or in an equivalent senior people-development capacity. This is a hard requirement: Mithyos is a leadership methodology company, and its co-founder must understand leadership development from direct practice, not theory alone. Operational capability. Demonstrated ability to run or oversee the daily and weekly operations of an organization or business unit, including managing priorities, coordinating people and workstreams, and maintaining operational discipline without close supervision. Prior experience as a COO, Head of Operations, General Manager, or in a comparable role is strongly preferred.Market knowledge. A working understanding of the European leadership-development, HR-tech, or professional-education market: its buyers, its competitive landscape, and how products in this space are typically distributed, priced, and sold across EU markets. Knowledge, expertise, and education:We're looking for a combination of the following. No single path is required, but the underlying competencies are: Degree-level education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Leadership Studies, or Entrepreneurship. An equivalent professional certification, such as an ICF-accredited coaching credential or a recognized leadership/organizational development certification, is an acceptable substitute when paired with substantial practical experiencePractical expertise in leadership coaching, organizational development, talent management, or management consulting, evidenced by a track record of working directly with leaders or teamsFamiliarity with early-stage company building, ideally through prior startup, founder, or early-employee experienceWorking fluency in English (required) and a solid understanding of the Danish and/or broader Nordic/European business environmentBasic commercial literacy: comfort with partnership negotiation, early-stage fundraising mechanics, and go-to-market planning, even without a finance background Compensation & Structure This is a founding equity partnership, structured as follows: 40% equity in Mithyos, subject to a standard founder vesting schedule to be agreed jointly (we recommend this to protect both parties as the company matures)No cash salary at the outset. Salary or cash remuneration begins once the company is substantially established and generating revenue, at a level to be agreed upon as the business maturesPart-time commitment, structured around your existing professional obligations, with the expectation of consistent, reliable weekly engagement as the European arm is builtThis role is a genuine ownership bet on Mithyos's European future, not a paid position today. It suits someone who wants to build something they own a meaningful share of, rather than someone seeking immediate income. Why This Role:You'd be joining at the ground floor of a company with a defensible, proprietary methodology, a clear brand identity, and two live products already in the market, and you'd be the person who builds its entire European presence from the first legal filing to its first regional partnerships and its first funding round. Therefore, if you consider yourself a leader who is capable of leading a leadership system, this role is for you. Requirements added by the job poster• 3+ years of experience in management• Authorized to work in Sweden• 3+ years of professional training and coaching experience• 3+ years of work experience with business development strategy
