Construction Project Manager – Data Centre Projects We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients, leading international contractors delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects across Finland. We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to join major data centre developments. The RoleAs Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects, overseeing all phases from planning through to commissioning. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handoverCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsDrive programme schedules, cost control, and procurement activitiesEnsure strict compliance with health & safety and quality standardsLead site teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsIdentify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues effectivelyProvide regular progress reports to senior leadership RequirementsProven experience as a Construction Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projectsData centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirableStrong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage fast-track projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesRelevant construction or engineering qualificationWillingness to travel or relocate across Europe
