D365 F&O Data Migration Specialist

We are looking for a D365 F&O Data Migration Specialist for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all data-related activities in the assigned retailer market. Lead the data extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading and validation efforts to support the transition from legacy systems to the new digital retail platform.Collaborate with local stakeholders to understand market-specific data landscapes, regulatory requirements, and operational nuances.Define and manage the market-specific data activity plan and roadmap.Ensure alignment with global data governance standards and rollout timelines.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, functional, and business change leads.Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide regular updates to program leadership on data readiness, risks, and mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary data liaison between the central program team and local market teams.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build local data capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer.Extensive of experience in data consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in ERP/data migration projects with D365 F&O, preferably in retail environments.Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management.Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI or similarExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Advantageuos to have experience of including AI with data transformation tools i.e. MS ADF/Other Microsoft technologiesMust Have SkillsSQL, Power BI, ERP/data migration projects with D365 F&O, data governance, data quality, and master data management
