Experienced Business Receiver Lead

At WeQuel, we are now looking for an experienced Business Receiver Lead in Oskarshamn, where you will play a key part in the customer's SAP implementation at one of its production units, with a focus on ensuring that business requirements, operational needs and local readiness are fully represented and addressed throughout the transformation journey. As the key representative of the production unit, you will be the link between the project organization and the local business, ensuring successful collaboration, alignment and adoption of new processes and ways of working. This is a critical role and an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major business transformation and to shape how digital processes support future production operations.

Representation of the production unit within the SAP implementation projectPrimary bridge between the project organization and local business stakeholdersSecuring business alignment throughout all project phasesSupport and facilitation of business-related decision-makingCoordination and driving of local readiness activitiesIdentification of risks, challenges and dependencies, and follow-up of mitigation actionsEngagement with managers, process owners, key users and project stakeholders to secure commitment and adoptionSupport in planning, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilizationEnsuring business preparedness for new processes, systems and ways of workingDriving change management and user readiness initiativesMonitoring and reporting of progress on business readiness and adoption

Experience from production, manufacturing, operations, business development or project environmentsProven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizationsExperience leading or supporting business transformation initiativesExperience supporting organizational change and process adoptionFluent English, spoken and written; Swedish is a plusExperience from SAP implementations or other ERP transformation projects is an advantageAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activitiesStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesStructured and organized way of workingStrong problem-solving and decision-support capabilitiesAbility to drive alignment across functions and organizational levelsProactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset
