About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen our Group Financial Controlling team. This is a key role in our finance organization, offering the opportunity to work with group reporting, consolidation, IFRS compliance, and the development of finance processes across the Group. You will collaborate closely with both Group Accounting and other finance stakeholders, helping to ensure high-quality reporting and supporting the continuous evolution of our finance function.

As a Group Controller, You Will

Take ownership of monthly closing, group consolidation, and segment reporting together with the Group Accounting teamContribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reportingPrepare tax-related reconciliations and documentation, including Country-by-Country Reporting, Transfer Pricing documentation, and Pillar Two reporting requirementsMaintain and further develop the Group's reporting principles and accounting manualDrive improvements in group accounting, consolidation, and reporting processesSupport internal and external audit processes and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization

Skills & Requirements

Personal and experience Requirements

To Succeed In This Role, You Have

At least 10 years of experience in finance, including group accounting and consolidationStrong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirementsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience working with consolidation systems, such as HFMAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with SAP S/4HANA or simialr is considered an advantageFluent communication skills in both Finnish and English, written and spoken

Terms Of Employment

This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, but we can be flexible depending on your availability.This position is based in Espoo, and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
