Head of Engineering

We’re hiring a Head of Engineering at CHAOS. This isn’t a “come lead 20 engineers” role. We’re a small team building spatial AI infrastructure for real estate and business decisions, and we’re looking for someone who wants to build the engineering foundation for scale — not inherit one.You’ll still be hands-on. Still writing and reviewing code. Still shipping. Your job will be to strengthen how we engineer, take technical ownership of live enterprise engagements, and help build the data layer at the heart of our moat. We’re looking for someone who has taken an early engineering team and made it solid: better architecture, stronger ownership, reliable delivery, and engineering practices that can survive growth.And there’s plenty still to build. As CHAOS scales, the role will scale with it. What you put in place now could become the engineering foundation we build the next stage of the company on.
