This role oversees IT systems, network infrastructure, and technical support services to ensure seamless operations of the ride-hailing platform for both internal teams and end users. Job DescriptionRole Purpose:The IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s technology infrastructure in the local market. This role oversees IT systems, network infrastructure, and technical support services to ensure seamless operations of the ride-hailing platform for both internal teams and end users.Key Responsibilities:Lead the local Technology & Product Operations function to ensure the reliability, scalability, and availability of Green SM's technology platform.Own the operational performance of driver, rider, and internal business systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.Partner with Global Product and Engineering teams to deploy new features, platform enhancements, and technology initiatives in the local market.Establish and lead incident management processes, including severity classification, escalation, on-call coordination, and root cause analysis (RCA).Monitor platform health, system performance, operational KPIs, and SLA/SLO compliance to maximize service availability and customer experience.Ensure technology readiness to support driver onboarding, fleet operations, customer support, and marketplace performance.Oversee local IT infrastructure, workplace technology, cybersecurity, data protection compliance, and business continuity in line with global standards.Manage IT assets, software licensing, technology vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Technology & Product Operations team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, Fleet, Driver Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver technology solutions that enable business growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure management.Experience working with cloud infrastructure, networking systems, and enterprise IT environments.Familiarity with security best practices and data protection standards.Experience in technology-driven companies, ride-hailing or mobility platforms, or fast-growing digital businesses is preferred.
