Lead the Strategy Behind the Next Generation of Pharmaceutical Growth We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Head of Portfolio Management to lead the development and execution of our global pipeline portfolio strategy. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an individual who can combine scientific expertise, commercial insight, and strategic vision to shape a portfolio that drives sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term competitive advantage. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will influence critical investment decisions, evaluate new market opportunities, and guide the future direction of our pipeline. Leveraging market intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities, you will ensure our portfolio remains aligned to patient needs, business priorities, and global market opportunities. We are happy to consider remote working as long as you are prepared to attend our offices in Cyprus for a minimum of 1 week every 2 months. What You'll Be Doing As Head of Portfolio, you will:Develop and execute the company's global pipeline portfolio strategy, aligned with business objectives and therapeutic priorities.Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, lifecycle management initiatives, licensing deals, partnerships, and acquisitions.Lead portfolio prioritization, diversification, and long-range planning to maximize growth and profitability.Drive competitive intelligence activities, leveraging market insights, automation, and AI-powered analytics to inform strategic decision-making.Monitor portfolio performance, assess pipeline health, and provide recommendations to optimize value across global markets.Develop robust business cases and investment recommendations for senior leadership.Establish governance frameworks and lead cross-functional portfolio review and prioritization processes.Create dashboards and forecasting tools to evaluate opportunities and support pipeline planning over the next 10-15 years.Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing portfolio team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry (Generic pharma), with a strong background in portfolio management, project management, pipeline strategy, or business planning.Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios and leading cross-functional initiatives.Strong commercial acumen with experience evaluating market opportunities, business cases, and investment decisions.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Experience leveraging data, reporting tools, digital technologies, and AI-driven insights to support decision-making.Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.Fluent English, both written and spoken.
