We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Shopfloor Oversight Specialist to strengthen our Quality Assurance presence across our manufacturing operations and help drive a culture of quality and continuous inspection readiness. In this critical role, you will provide real-time Quality Assurance oversight on the shopfloor, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, data integrity principles, and internal procedures. You will work closely with Production, Quality Control, and Engineering teams to proactively identify risks, support immediate corrective actions, and maintain a constant state of inspection readiness across manufacturing and packaging operations. This position is based to Cyprus - Limassol, we offer relocation support, helping you to seamlessly transition. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a continuous and visible QA presence across manufacturing and packaging areas, providing real-time oversight of operations.Independently assess compliance of production activities with GMP requirements and internal procedures.Act as a key QA representative within operational areas, ensuring quality standards are upheld at all times.Perform systematic oversight across all production suites, including dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging activities.Monitor line clearance activities, batch manufacturing operations, and packaging processes to ensure GMP compliance.Identify, assess, document, and escalate quality risks, deviations, and non-compliance observations where required.Support and facilitate immediate corrective actions in collaboration with Production and QA teams.Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ data integrity principles through the review of batch records, logbooks, and real-time documentation practices.Apply risk-based thinking to identify potential quality and compliance concerns and provide proactive guidance to operational teams.Prepare structured and inspection-ready reports detailing observations, corrective actions, and compliance activities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution of manufacturing operations while maintaining QA independence.Support root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives related to GMP compliance and quality performance.Contribute to maintaining a constant state of regulatory inspection readiness across manufacturing operations.Provide on-the-floor coaching and guidance to production personnel on GMP, documentation, and data integrity best practices. What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Proven experience in Quality Assurance operations and/or shopfloor oversight activities.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.Sound knowledge of EU GMP guidelines and Data Integrity principles (ALCOA+).Ability to work independently, assess risk, and make sound compliance-based decisions.Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with quality systems and regulated documentation practices.Good command of both Greek and English.
