We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Architect who is passionate about understanding customer business needs and the value that automation and process intelligence can deliver.

Vivicta’s Intelligent Automation practice specializes in end-to-end business process analysis and automation, enabling improved efficiency across industries. You will work with modern technologies, contribute to team growth, and support sales and presales activities in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop automation roadmaps and action plans for the local market in collaboration with the global Intelligent Automation teamDrive business cases, governance models, change management, and process optimization initiativesAnalyze and introduce new automation and AI technologies within business contextsEvaluate and select optimal technologies for scalable enterprise automation solutionsAct as a thought leader in Intelligent Automation for customers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate closely with market units, customer teams, and sales organizationsContribute to both short-term and long-term business growth within the Intelligent Automation areaParticipate in customer engagements as a billable consultantBuild and expand networks with customers and partners to support business growthContribute to the global development of Intelligent Automation offerings

Required Competencies

Several years of experience in Intelligent AutomationStrong background in consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadershipExperience in presales and sales within automation servicesExperience with AI, automation, and process redesign initiativesExpertise in: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process mining, Process development and modeling, Process optimization, Automation solution architecture and Agentic AIExperience in productizing services and building repeatable solutionsAbility to work across teams and collaborate in a global environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, “can-do” attitudeFluent spoken and written Finnish and English
