Currently, we are recruiting an Internal Site Manager (m/w/d) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate internal fit-out subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring resources, productivity and progress meet programme requirements.Plan, monitor and deliver internal fit-out works in line with the overall project programme, including short-term look-ahead planning and area handovers.Coordinate multiple trades and internal fit-out activities, including partitions, ceilings, raised access floors, doors, finishes, flooring and builders’ works.Manage interfaces between fit-out and MEP installations, ensuring effective sequencing and supporting testing, commissioning and handover.Manage subcontractor performance, including progress, quality, safety, RAMS, methodologies and scope coordination.Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture, ensuring all works comply with site procedures, permits and agreed controls.Drive quality and a right-first-time approach, ensuring works meet drawings, specifications and client requirements while managing inspections and snagging.Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, MEP, QA/QC, H&S and BIM/Design teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.Manage materials, logistics, labour and plant requirements to ensure efficient delivery within the data-centre environment.Monitor daily and weekly progress, identify constraints and delays, and provide accurate reporting against programme and budget.Drive productivity and efficiency while minimising rework, waste and disruption across multiple work fronts.
