LeanIX Consultant & Architect – Helsinki, Finland – Hybrid Empiric are supporting a leading organisation on a major ERP transformation programme in Helsinki. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LeanIX specialist to establish SAP LeanIX as the central architecture management platform, supporting immediate programme requirements and future enterprise-wide use. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the LeanIX Meta Model, aligning process and application architectures, and establishing governance practices to manage architecture changes and dependencies throughout the transformation. Key Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on SAP LeanIX implementation and configuration experience, including Meta Model design.Proven SAP LeanIX–SAP Signavio integration experience, aligning process, functionality and application models.Strong Enterprise Architecture background, with knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks.Experience supporting ERP transformation programmes and complex application landscapes.Experience translating business and architecture use cases into LeanIX structures, relationships and governance models.Architecture operating model design, including governance, dependency management and change processes.Strong architecture data management experience, including data ownership, onboarding and quality practices.Experience integrating architecture, process and project management information.Experience using Jira.Minimum 10 years’ relevant professional experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the LeanIX implementation roadmap and coordinate delivery activities.Establish scalable architecture structures and governance practices.Support integrations between LeanIX and related platforms.Provide training and knowledge transfer to administrators, architects and business users.
