Senior Embedded Systems Developer – Helsinki, Finland – Hybrid Empiric are supporting a leading organisation on a long-term Embedded Systems Developer requirement in Helsinki. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced embedded software specialist to work across software development, automation, electrical engineering and control systems within a multidisciplinary expert team. You’ll be responsible for developing embedded software using C, C++ and Python, contributing to systems that connect software with electrical and automation technologies. Key Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on embedded systems software development experience.Good proficiency in C, C++ and Python.Understanding of control systems and electrical engineering.Experience using Git version control.Understanding of software testing fundamentals. Nice to HavesExperience working with electrical power engineering and power electronics.Knowledge of inverters, rectifiers, DC/DC converters or similar technologies.Experience designing control loops and analysing system dynamics.Experience with energy conversion solutions or battery energy storage systems.Exposure to renewable energy systems, smart grids or microgrids.Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
