We recently launched in Denmark as part of our European expansion and are continuing to grow rapidly.As Learning & Culture Development Team Lead, you will lead and coordinate learning, employee development, talent development, and culture initiatives for GSM’s corporate employees in Sweden. Key Responsibilities Learning & DevelopmentConduct training needs analysis and translate business needs into learning plans.Develop, implement, and evaluate learning, onboarding, and development programs.Develop training materials and coordinate internal and external training providers. Leadership, Talent & Employee DevelopmentSupport leadership and people-management development.Partner with managers to identify development needs.Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Culture & EngagementPromote GSM’s culture, values, and ways of working.Develop and coordinate employee engagement activities, workshops, and cultural initiatives.Gather employee feedback and translate insights into practical actions. Team & Matrix CoordinationCoordinate the activities and priorities of the Learning & Culture Development team.Support team members while remaining hands-on in program delivery.Work closely with the European Learning & Culture Development function and adapt global initiatives to local needs. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack L&D and culture metrics and use feedback to improve programs.Prepare updates and reports for relevant stakeholders.Support effective use of L&D resources and budget. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, HR, Culture, or a related area.Previous experience in people management, team leadership, or program leadership.Experience developing learning programs for corporate employees.Experience with talent development, performance management, and succession planning.Experience working in an international or matrix organization.Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.Fluent in Swedish and English.
