We are looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/x) to expend European and Middle Eastern operations. The role focuses on procurement and commercial contracts, general corporate legal support, and cross-border coordination with Group headquarters in China. This is a hands-on in-house position in a fast-growing renewable energy sector, working closely with procurement, business and other cross functional teams. This position is remote within the European Union. Key responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement agreements, including framework agreements, equipment and component procurement, warehouse service, logistics, transportation and services contracts.Draft and negotatet commercial contracts such as sales, service, distribution, cooperation, and NDA arrangements.Provide corporate and operational legal support, including corporate documentation, legal knowledge management and tools.Monitor and analyse European Policies related to Renewable energy sector and other related areas.Support the development and continuous improvement to contracts and internal legal processes, assist with internal compliance initiatives and projects. What we’re looking for: 5–7 years of post-qualification legal experience (in-house and/or reputable law firm)Strong experience and excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. in procurement contracts and commercial agreements.Solid understanding of European and Middle Eastern commercial contracting practicesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, high professional integrity and sense of ownership.Experience in energy, renewable energy, energy storage, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing is a strong plus.Business fluent in English and French. Arabic would be considered a big plus.Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a cross-border, multicultural environment.
