Manager / Senior Manager - Risk & Regulatory Services (f|m|x)

You analyze how regulatory requirements affect clients’ operations and advise on implementation and compliance. You lead and/or support second-line risk functions for selected clients. You assist clients in transformation or optimization projects for risk control (including development of frameworks for risk management/control, policy documents, and organizational structures). You develop and validate various risk models, such as interest rate risk, credit scoring, etc. You contribute to the development of zeb’s business and customer offerings, and mentor junior colleagues. You actively participate in both local and international sales efforts. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will promote the development of junior colleagues and a team-oriented business culture.

You hold an academic degree (Master's, MBA or PhD) in engineering, economics, or another relevant higher education, and have at least five years of practical experience from banking, consulting, supervisory authorities, or asset management. Sales experience is a plus. You have a positive mindset, curiosity about different companies, and you are interested in risk management/risk control. The role requires a high degree of independence, social skills, flexibility, accuracy, and strong integrity. You are expected to have sound judgment, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are solution-oriented, driven, and used to delivering high-quality work and implementing change. Furthermore, you are comfortable working with complex issues and excel at planning, organizing, and prioritizing effectively. Collaboration is key – you are a team player with a humble attitude. To succeed in this role, it's important that you thrive in a business-oriented organization with broad and varied points of contact, both internally and externally. You are fluent in Swedish and excellent English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. German is a plus.
