Microsoft D365 F&O Data Migration specialist - (Contract)Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months+Location: Malmo, SwedenWork Mode: Hybrid – (candidates should be available to work on site when required)Rate: Market Rate HCLTech are seeking a highly experienced and locally knowledgeable Lead Data Consultant to join our client's multi-year digital transformation and rollout program in the retail domain across the Baltic countries. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of data strategy, migration, and governance activities in alignment with the broader program objectives. Requirements:Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all data-related activities in the assigned retailer market.Lead the data extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading and validation efforts to support the transition from legacy systems to the new digital retail platform.Collaborate with local stakeholders to understand market-specific data landscapes, regulatory requirements, and operational nuances.Define and manage the market-specific data activity plan and roadmap.Ensure alignment with global data governance standards and rollout timelines.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, functional, and business change leads.Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide regular updates to program leadership on data readiness, risks, and mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary data liaison between the central program team and local market teams.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build local data capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer. Skills and Experience:Extensive of experience in data consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in ERP/data migration projects with D365 F&O, preferably in retail environments.Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management.Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI or similarExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Advantageuos to have experience of including AI with data transformation tools i.e. MS ADF/Other Microsoft technologies HCL Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
