Company based in Helsinki, FinlandAI Software | MLOps | ML Infrastructure | Platform Engineering | Production AI Our client, a growing AI Software company based in Helsinki, is looking for an MLOps Engineer to build the infrastructure and workflows that allow ML teams to train, deploy, monitor, and operate models reliably in production. You'll work at the intersection of Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering, making the path from experimentation to production faster, more automated, and more reliable. What You'll Work On• Build and maintain production ML infrastructure• Create automated workflows for model training, testing, and deployment• Operate ML workloads across Kubernetes environments• Manage experiments, models, and artefacts using MLflow• Containerise ML services and workloads with Docker• Provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for ML systems• Deploy workloads across AWS and/or GCP• Automate model deployment and environment management• Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of production ML systems• Support model versioning, rollbacks, and release workflows• Partner with ML Engineers and Data Scientists to productionise new models Core Skills• 3+ years in MLOps, ML Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role• Python• Kubernetes• MLflow• Docker• Terraform• AWS and/or GCP• CI/CD• Experience supporting ML workloads in production Nice to HavePyTorch / TensorFlowKubeflowAirflowArgo CD / GitOpsPrometheus / GrafanaOpenTelemetryKServe / Ray ServeGPU infrastructureModel monitoringFeature storesData and model versioningExperience building self-service ML platforms
