Omnissa Workspace ONE / Omnissa Sovereign Solution (OSS) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Omnissa Workspace ONE / Omnissa Sovereign Solution (OSS) Consultant to provide architecture, analysis, optimization, implementation, and operational consulting services for secure, private, and sovereign data center environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE, the modern OSS technology stack, microservices, observability platforms, and security-critical IT infrastructure. Experience working in environments aligned with BSI standards is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:Provide architecture, analysis, optimization, and product-related consulting for Omnissa server and platform environments.Plan, conceptualize, develop, and optimize data center infrastructure supporting Omnissa Sovereign Solution (OSS) and Workspace ONE.Design and implement modern OSS environments within private and sovereign data centers.Operate, maintain, and support Omnissa platforms across Level 1–Level 4 support environments.Support and optimize the modern OSS technology stack and its associated microservices and interfaces.Contribute to the operation of security-critical IT infrastructure in accordance with applicable BSI standards and requirements.Analyze existing environments and identify opportunities for performance, reliability, security, and operational improvements.Provide technical expertise throughout the lifecycle of Omnissa Workspace ONE and OSS platforms. Required Qualifications & Experience:German language proficiency at C1 level.Demonstrated experience in planning, conceptualizing, developing, and operating data center infrastructure for Omnissa Sovereign Solution or predecessor technologies.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the modern OSS technology stack, including:GrafanaLokiPrometheusMimirNomadRelated interfaces and microservice technologiesExperience operating OSS platforms in private and sovereign data centers.Successfully completed OSS Specialist training or equivalent specialist qualification.
