Impact You'll Own

Increase organizational capability by coaching leaders and teams to successfully adopt and sustain OPEN+ ways of workingImprove factory performance through structured loss analysis and targeted improvement initiatives that reduce operational lossesStrengthen accountability and ownership across line structures through effective deployment of OPEN+ systems and standardsAccelerate the Zero Loss journey by embedding Daily Direction Setting, Autonomous Maintenance, and problem-solving capabilities

Deploy and sustain OPEN+ systems, standards, and methodologies across the factoryCoach leaders and operational teams to strengthen ownership, accountability, and performanceFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and capability-building activitiesSupport Daily Direction Setting, Autonomous Maintenance, Problem Solving, and Loss Elimination processesAnalyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvementPartner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Services teams on improvement initiatives

Skills & Capabilities

Must-Have

Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement environmentsProven experience leading or supporting change and improvement initiativesStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsAbility to use performance data and insights to drive actions and business resultsExperience coaching individuals, facilitating workshops, and developing teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levelsFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Integrated Work Systems (IWS), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), or similar frameworksExperience working with continuous improvement operating systems such as OPEN+
