Join Our Quality Team

We are looking for Supervisors within Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality to join our teams in both our Gothenburg and Kungälv factories. In this role, you will lead quality control activities, support manufacturing quality standards, and help ensure that our products consistently meet internal, regulatory, and consumer requirements. You will play a key role in building a culture of quality, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while leading and developing a team of quality professionals.

Impact You'll Own

Ensure quality standards are consistently met across manufacturing processes and finished productsLead, coach, and develop Quality Control and Manufacturing Quality team members to achieve operational and quality targetsDrive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen quality performance and complianceSupport investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issuesBuild strong collaboration across production, engineering, and quality functions to improve overall performance

Lead and prioritize daily activities for about 10 team members within Quality Control and Manufacturing QualityMonitor manufacturing quality performance and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirementsReview, investigate, and resolve quality deviations, defects, and non-conformitiesSupport audits, inspections, and quality reviewsDrive corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodsEnsure laboratory and quality control equipment is maintained and calibratedCollaborate with production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and product qualityPromote a strong safety and quality culture through coaching and clear communication

Skills & Capabilities

Must-have

Experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing, quality, laboratory, or production environmentProfessional communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken4-5 years of experience working with investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activitiesStrong knowledge of quality control processes and quality management principlesUnderstanding regulatory requirements and compliance within manufacturing environmentsStrong planning, prioritization, and organizational skillsAbility to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different functionsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience working with quality metrics and performance monitoring

Nice-to-have

Experience from FMCG, pharmaceutical, food, tobacco, or other highly regulated industriesKnowledge of laboratory operations, testing methods, or calibration processesExperience supporting audits and external inspections
