OpenTelemetry Expert On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for an OpenTelemetry Expert Location: Remote (100%)Contract Duration: 12 MonthsStart Date: ASAPWorking Hours: CET Time ZoneLanguage: English Key ResponsibilitiesEngage adopter teams across the platform to understand how they emit and consume audit-relevant signals today, and what adoption of the standard would require. Synthesize those conversations into prioritized requirements, and validate the current design against real adopter needs. Demonstrate current capabilities, identify gaps against adopter requirements, and work with the development team to close them. Produce explainers, demos, and documentation for the open-source communityAct as the point of contact for audit logging and carry adopter feedback back into the team. Requirement:Proven experience as a software architect or senior engineer, comfortable driving a topic and coordinating stakeholders without formal authority. Solid working knowledge of cloud-native and observability systems: OpenTeLemetry, distributed systems, and delivery guarantees. Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex technical work understandable to varied audiences.
