Job title: Veeva CRM configuration ExpertRequired Experience :-• Configure and maintain Veeva CRM applications in line with business requirements. • Translate functional requirements and business processes into Veeva CRM configurations. • Support enhancements, change requests and new functionality. • Strong hands-on experience configuring Veeva CRM. • Previous experience working within the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry. • Strong understanding of Veeva CRM functionality and architecture. • Experience translating business requirements into Veeva CRM configuration • 3-5 years’ experience in Veeva CRM • Veeva CRM implementation experience preferred

Job title: Veeva CRM Integration expertRequired Experience :-• Act as the Veeva CRM Integration SME across integration design, development and support. • Design, implement and maintain integrations between Veeva CRM and enterprise applications. • Experience supporting CRM migrations or transformation programmes. • Experience supporting global Veeva CRM implementations. • Strong experience working with Veeva CRM integrations within the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry. • Strong understanding of Veeva CRM architecture and data model. • Experience designing and supporting CRM integrations in complex enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services and data integration concepts. • Define integration requirements, data flows and technical specifications.
