Operations Tooling Engineer About the Opportunity Our client is a fast-scaling AI infrastructure operator building out next-generation GPU compute campuses across multiple European countries, supporting some of the largest AI training and inference workloads in the region. They're in the middle of an aggressive multi-site build-out, six deployments across four countries in six months. As the platform scales across six live sites, the operations tooling function is critical to keeping provisioning, monitoring, and reporting consistent across every deployment. The RoleYou'll build and maintain the internal tooling and automation that keeps a rapidly scaling, multi-site AI infrastructure operation running; spanning provisioning, monitoring, and reporting across six concurrent deployments. What You'll DoBuild and maintain automation for infrastructure provisioning (Ansible/Terraform)Develop and maintain observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent)Support reporting and dashboarding across multiple concurrent site deploymentsWork closely with SRE and field engineering teams to identify and close tooling gapsContribute to the internal tooling roadmap as the team scales What We're Looking ForStrong Python scripting and infrastructure-as-code experienceObservability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent)Experience automating provisioning, monitoring, or reporting workflows in productionComfort working across multiple concurrent projects and sites Nice to HaveExperience supporting GPU/AI infrastructure specificallyExposure to multi-site or multi-region infrastructure operations Why This RoleBuild the tooling backbone for a hypergrowth AI infrastructure operator scaling across four countries at once, with direct influence over the team's technical direction.
