The Partnership & Alliance Manager is responsible for executing the organization’s partnership and alliance strategy, driving value from key technology and business relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in alliance management. Responsibilities & Duties:Partner Onboarding & SetupOversee the operational onboarding of new partners, coordinating with IT, business units, and partner to set up systems, access, and processes.Establish & deploy KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards for new partnerships.Facilitate initial training, enablement, and integration activities for both internal and partner teams.Organize & Prioritize Customer DeploymentPlan and prioritize the deployment of partner solutions internally and to customers.Track deployment progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to improve future deployments.Product & Service ManagementWork closely with Product Management team to ensure a smooth integration and lifecycle management of partner products and services within the organization.Ensure partner offerings align with enterprise architecture and business needs.Co-marketing & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners.Work closely with Product Marketing team to coordinate co-marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Identify and pursue new business development opportunities with existing and potential partners.Contractual Conditions MonitoringMonitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions for all partnerships.Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates.Address any deviations in partnership agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are met by both parties.Financial & Contractual Conditions MonitoringMonitor the financial performance of all partnerships and alliances, ensuring value realization and ROI.Track and report on partnership-related costs, revenues, and financial KPIs.Identify and address financial risks or discrepancies in partnership agreements Qualifications:Educational BackgroundMBA or master’s degree in technology management or equivalent preferredEnglish proficiency level: B2 and aboveWork Experience5+ years of progressive experience in partnership, alliance, or business relationship management.Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and multi-vendor ecosystemsTechnical SkillsAdvanced MSOffice (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.Experience developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps, including business capability planningSoft SkillsCommunication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholdersStrong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.Critical Thinking: Defines and explains different patterns and relationships by systematically looking at facts and trendsExcellent organizational skillsStrong consultative skills at a cross-functional levelExperienced meeting facilitator, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentSelf-motivated and directed, more doers than thinkersOpen mindedExcellent disposition for teamwork TP is home to a global family with various backgrounds and lifestyles.
