Principal Engineer

We're partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed technology company that is investing heavily in engineering and AI as they continue to scale across multiple international markets. As part of this growth, they're looking for a Principal Engineer to work closely with leadership, product and engineering teams to shape technical direction, drive architectural decisions and identify opportunities where technology can create meaningful business impact. This isn't a traditional hands-off architect role. You'll remain close to the code whilst helping engineering teams solve complex technical challenges and scale modern cloud-native systems.
