We're partnering with an exciting, technology-driven business who are new to the Finnish market to find a Senior Product Designer who thrives on owning products from concept through to launch. This is a unique opportunity to become the sole designer within a product team, taking full ownership of the end-to-end user experience for a brand-new digital product . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on design, working closely with product managers, engineers and researchers to create engaging, intuitive experiences that delight users and drive business growt h. What you'll be do ing Own the end-to-end UX and UI design process for a new digital product, from discovery and user research through to implementation.Design intuitive, engaging customer experiences across the entire user journey.Translate customer insights, product metrics and research into meaningful design decisions.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.Develop compelling visual storytelling that helps users connect with the product and its value.Define and monitor UX success metrics, using data to continuously improve the experience.Champion user-centred design across the product team and wider business.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Researchers within a cross-functional environment.Help shape design standards, processes and best practices while contributing to a growing design community.Maintain and evolve scalable design systems to ensure consistency across prod ucts What we're lookin g for Proven experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences.Strong UX research, interaction design and UI design skills.Experience taking products from early concept through to delivery.Confidence working autonomously as the primary designer within a product team.Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking methodologies.Experience interpreting user research and product data to inform design decisions.Skilled in Figma and modern design systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, self-driven mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.Fluent English and Fi nnish.
