Product Owner

Role OverviewVattenfall is looking for a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to support Decentralized Energy Solutions (DES) in managing and developing its CRM and digital customer platforms.The consultant will be responsible for the daily governance, prioritization, and development roadmap of Agile Team Sunshine, which owns DES CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), customer-facing web solutions, and integrations supporting sales, customer service, and business processes for solar, batteries, and flexibility services.This is a business-critical DevOps function focused on efficient customer processes, information security, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and strategic objectives.Ensure development initiatives support DES business areas including solar, batteries, grid services, and future energy services.Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, architecture, IT, and external suppliers.Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization.Plan and follow up on sprints, releases, and product roadmaps together with the Scrum Master and development team.Ensure stable operations, SLA follow-up, and management of technical debt.Support budget tracking, forecasting, and business planning.Coordinate development related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrations, web solutions, and customer journeys.Ensure compliance with GDPR, information security requirements, ISO 27001, and other regulatory requirements.Key Areas of WorkMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly Dynamics 365 SalesDigital customer journeysPartner and installer collaborationIntegrations with SAP, VIP, and other business-critical systemsAsset management and customer data managementInformation security, GDPR, and ISO 27001 improvementsProcess optimization and automation for customer and support processesRequired Skills & Experience9+ years of professional experience as a senior consultant.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent.Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platforms.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and digital customer journeys.Experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development.Ability to translate business requirements into concrete development initiatives.Understanding of system integrations and business-critical IT solutions.Experience with budget and portfolio management.Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
