Program Manager

Program Manager (PM as a Service) We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise IT transformation programs, including legacy system replacement, commercial tool consolidation, global process alignment, and integration risk management. Key Responsibilities:Own full lifecycle program governance, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, change control, budget and vendor delivery.Drive Polaris CPQ/O platform implementation and consolidation of commercial tools such as configurators and pricing systems.Align system delivery with GRS global commercial processes while accommodating country-specific requirements.Lead phased legacy system exit / OMS / BOL decommissioning strategies.Manage integration uncertainties related to upcoming SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce deployments.Ensure stable, on-time and on-budget delivery with minimal business disruption.Coordinate across global business, IT, integration and process teams. Requirements:8+ years of Program Management experience in large-scale enterprise IT transformation, legacy replacement or SaaS implementation.Experience in CPQ, Order Management, pricing or commercial system consolidation.Experience managing global, cross-functional transformation programs.PMaaS / consulting experience preferred.Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Salesforce integration.PMP / PgMP / SAFe certification required.Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery experience.Industrial automation, manufacturing or robotics experience is a strong plus.Strong ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, risks and tight timelines.
