Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to one of our clients within Retail & E-commerce.

Location: Stockholm

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a customer-facing digital application from initial definition through MVP and product launch. The role requires navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving executive-level decision-making across business and technology in a large, global organization.

Lead the initiative from definition through MVP and product launch, defining scope, objectives, and requirements Develop the business case including expected value, investment needs, assumptions and success measures Establish project organization, governance and RACI with clear accountability and decision-making Build and drive the delivery roadmap and project plan with milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions Navigate stakeholder landscapes and build alignment across business and technology teams

Senior-level consultant with proven experience leading digital application builds at enterprise scale Strong understanding of modern digital product development from discovery through deployment and adoption Experience delivering products integrating multiple platforms, APIs and data sources into coherent user experiences Hands-on experience incorporating AI into real user workflows beyond standalone experimentation Track record taking digital products from prototype to production with scalability considerations
