Your New Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects across Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project life cycles from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve business objectives while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and close-out.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders.Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and financial targets.Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management.Manage project scope changes and ensure appropriate governance processes are followed.Track project performance using established KPIs and reporting tools.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice project management methodologies.Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies.What You Will Need to SucceedProven experience in a Project Manager position, ideally within construction, engineering, manufacturing, technology, or infrastructure environments.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholders effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience working within fast-paced, complex project environments.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.Relevant qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification would be advantageous.Fluent English communication skills; Finnish language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.What You Will ReceiveCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package €70,000 - €75,000Flights/Accomodation/Travel Expenses CoveredOpportunity to work on high-profile and innovative projects.Clear career progression and professional development opportunities.Collaborative and supportive working environment.Flexible and hybrid working arrangements where applicable.Ongoing training and certification support.International exposure and the opportunity to work with diverse teams.Generous annual leave entitlement and employee wellbeing programmes.The chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing and successful organisation.
