Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Test & Automation team in Oulu As a Project Manager, you will lead test and automation system development projects from planning through execution to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and successfully. We are seeking a professional who combines technical expertise with a structured approach to project management. You take a practical, proactive approach to solving problems and helping your team succeed. The typical outcome of our projects is a physical test system or automation solution that integrates electronics, mechanics, and software — delivered to the customer fully operational and ready for use. In this role, you will work closely with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Lead test and automation system projects from planning to delivery and closure• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and priorities• Coordinate the work of electronics, mechanical, and software engineers within the project

• Ensure procurement, manufacturing, and integration activities are completed on schedule• Maintain clear customer and stakeholder communication and lead project meetings and reviews • Manage risks and changes to ensure quality and successful delivery• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit: • Strong teamwork and project management skills• Experience in electronics and electronic test systems• Understanding of industrial automation systems

• Proven experience in managing technical development projects from concept and design to delivery• Systematic and structured way of working• Good communication skills in both Finnish and English• Suitable technical degree (BSc or MSc in Engineering)
