As part of its continued investment in supply chain excellence, the business is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain to lead strategic initiatives across a complex global network.This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of supply chain, operations, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams, delivering projects that directly support the availability of life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. What You'll Be DoingLead cross-functional supply chain projects from initiation through implementation.Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication.Drive process improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives.Coordinate activities across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and external partners.Develop project governance frameworks and ensure successful execution against business objectives.Support supply chain readiness for new products, market expansions, and network changes.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance. What We're Looking ForProven experience delivering complex supply chain projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, FMCG, or highly regulated industries.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions and seniority levels.Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles using structured project management methodologies.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Highly Desirable ExperienceWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:Anaplan & Supply Chain PlanningExperience leading or supporting Anaplan implementation, optimisation, or transformation projects.Exposure to demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or S&OP processes.Experience working with advanced planning systems and supply chain analytics. Temperature-Controlled Supply ChainsExperience managing projects involving cold chain or temperature-sensitive products.Knowledge of GDP/GxP regulated environments.Understanding of storage, distribution, and transportation requirements for temperature-controlled materials. Artwork & Packaging OperationsExperience supporting artwork management, labelling, packaging change controls, or product lifecycle projects.Exposure to regulatory artwork processes within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, regulatory affairs, quality, and manufacturing.
