Quality Lead
V7 Recruitment are partnering with a leading specialist contractor delivering hyperscale and mission-critical projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join a major data centre project in Helsinki.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business at the forefront of the European data centre sector, working on one of the region's most technically challenging projects. As the Quality Lead, you will take ownership of the project Quality Management System, driving quality standards across both CSA and MEP packages while leading site QA/QC activities from construction through to handover. Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineMinimum 8 years' QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projectsStrong understanding of both CSA and MEP installationsPrevious experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, or other mission-critical environmentsProven leadership experience managing site quality teamsExcellent communication, coordination, and reporting skillsStrong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, commissioning interfaces, and handover processes Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and management of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP worksManage, mentor, and develop site-based QA/QC EngineersOversee inspections, testing activities, ITPs, and quality documentationManage NCRs and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions are implementedCoordinate closely with construction, commissioning, subcontractor, and client teamsEnsure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to the highest standardsSupport internal and external audits while promoting a right-first-time quality cultureAct as the primary quality representative for the project team and client stakeholdersIf you're an experienced Quality professional looking to play a key role on a major data centre development in Finland, we'd be keen to speak with you.
