This is a genuine entrepreneurial mandate for traders who have demonstrated the ability to develop, deploy and manage profitable systematic strategies and are looking for significant capital, infrastructure and autonomy. The RoleTake full responsibility for a systematic HFT trading strategy from research through to live execution.Bring an existing high-Sharpe strategy, track record or proven trading approach to the firm.Own alpha generation, portfolio construction, execution, risk management and ongoing strategy development.Scale successful strategies using the firm’s significant capital, technology and market infrastructure.Work across relevant European and global electronic markets depending on strategy expertise.Collaborate with world-class quantitative researchers, developers and trading infrastructure teams while retaining significant ownership of your strategy.Opportunity to build and scale a meaningful trading business within a tier 1 prop environment. RequirementsProven track record as an HFT PM, Quant Trader or systematic trader.Demonstrable history of generating strong, risk-adjusted returns.High-Sharpe strategy or proprietary trading approach that can be deployed and scaled.Strong understanding of electronic markets, systematic trading and execution.Full ownership mindset across research, strategy development, trading and risk.Strong quantitative and technical capabilities.Experience managing meaningful capital and scaling systematic strategies is highly desirable.Candidates with an existing team or strategy infrastructure are also encouraged to apply.
